Lower back pain could become prevalent when seated for long periods of time or spending prolonged periods in a bent over position. I have put together a few stretches to help with maintaining lower back mobility.
These stretches can be done daily.
A FEW TIPS
-> Each stretch can be held up to 30 seconds, repeated 2-3 times on each side.
-> The stretches need to be comfortable and not painful
-> Move within your range of movement, If you want to move deeper into the stretch do so slowly to avoid any injury.
